QA/QC Introduction

What's the reason that we can stand on the top of EAS manufactures and can get a good reputation all over the world?

The most important is that we always do as a quality player. "Quality in my hand and customers in my heart" is our quality policy.

We have a strict quality control system. Our objective is to ensure our products be processed smoothly provide good quality products to our customers.

We focus on every process of production; the QC will inspect different products on different AQL level. If the inspection result isn't acceptable by the certain level, the whole production will be stopped, and then the QC will analyze the possible reason with technical engineers to find out a solution. We also have QCC team to work on resolving the quality problem.

Different parts, we use different method to inspect.
1) For plastic, we will inspect appearance, pull strength and size. It will be request no burr, crimp, or flaw at the appearance. The pull strength will be need more than 450N.
2) For lock, we will inspect the release function and size. Release function is important for lock, we will insert pin to lock, use pull machine to test, the pin is impossible to pull out from the lock under the 500N, but can easily apart from the detacher, that will be ok.
3) For coil, we will inspect appearance, frequency and Q factor. The importance is Q factor.
4) For pin, we will inspect appearance, pull strength, size and meanwhile we will do chemical inspection, we put the sample pins into the salty liquor 48 hours to test, the sample pins is no rust and no any dirty point on the surface will be ok.
